Acrobatic duo Kat&Jared (FIN/AUS) will be teaching an intermediate – advanced 3 hour workshop of a surprising and very good mix of Acro skills deriving from acroyoga, acro dance, partner acrobatics and performance flow. We will balance acroyoga montreal style moments of creation with high level partner acrobatics and lots of technical knowledge to bring you revelations to make your own practice unfold to the next level.

Level: A minimum of 6 months of acroyoga, partner acrobatics, dance or similar movement practice is recommended to fully enjoy the content of this workshop.
