AcroKat (FIN) will be teaching an intermediate – advanced 3 hour workshop of Acro skills deriving from acroyoga, acro dance, partner acrobatics and performance flow. We will balance some moments of creation with high level partner acrobatics and lots of technical knowledge to bring you revelations to make your own practice unfold to the next level.

Our emphasis is more on standing acro and transitional skills and we will be working on skills such as hand to hand and dynamic foot to hand.

Level: A minimum of 1 year of acroyoga or partner acrobatics with handstands/hand2hand experience to enjoy the content of this workshop.
