**** WORKSHOP 1 – 11.00-13.00
Technical training to improve your standing acrobatic fundamental skills. such as f2h and h2h. Our goal is to work on courbettes and get a solid understanding of all its technical elements.
Prereqs – 10 sec standing h2h
**** WORKSHOP 2 – 13.45-15.45
Dance acro! We will be teaching our favorite material from what we just taught to everyone at the French Acrobatics Convention. Includes partner acrobatic choreography as well as creative tasks & movement material.
Prereqs – this is open for everyone, but bear in mind that lifting someone around is heavy work so be ready for that.
